Welcome to USPHS EMA Emergency management: From the smallest of towns to the largest of cities, any government website is an emergency service. In the event of a real emergency your local government will post information on the Internet if conditions are favorable. It should match information produced by your local, state or national  emergency management service such as USPHS EMA.

Television, radio, wireless, the Internet or YouTube does not perfectly define our existence, but it is still important for each state to maintain and keep up its media.  Good or bad, media reveals the health of government and the nation.  The continued  maintenance of Joe Biden & Donald trump media and their International equivalents,  helps the World Crown to focus its justice of those terrorist who pass control of conspiracy media to each other.

New York City is perhaps one of the most important cities in the world.  Their social media combines many different providers of social media and serves a population of 8.336 million as of (2022).  In today’s analysis we have various PDFS from New York City’s primary account one of the most important YouTube accounts in the world.

Of New York City’s 27 featured channels on its main account 8 of them, 1/3 of them about 33% are not kept up each for their particular reasons.  Sometimes featured channels on a government account  expire or not controlled by government.   If they are controlled by a government account and the government account is stopped for whatever reason, those channels it controlled are also stopped.

Featured channels may also be independent channels added by city government working in consensus.  If an independent channel is conspired against, it will stop.  In other cases  if the controllers are no longer around or lost control of the account, it will stop.   Sometimes only limited information is intended to be published.

It is important to remember that while we are in a general decline the Internet and especially YouTube is attacked by terrorists.  USPHS EMA, the military,  schools, organizations and governments and businesses around the world have been conspired against.  At the same time there is a Judgement of God in effect.

We look at many harmless YouTube accounts which represent goodness which stopped publishing only because the main account, the controlling account, was conspired against.

Expert analysis also cannot withhold the fact that terrorism is also stopped during the general decline so that it can no longer continue, but other terrorists take up the cause.

There is no strategy that we can recommend that is foolproof with regards to use of 3rd party social media providers other than making sure that each department of government, if they use social media in the private sector,  to have their own account.  In this event if their departmental account is conspired against, it will not affect the other accounts and they can start a new account right away and perhaps even get their original account restored.
