Philadelphia’s Managing Director’s Office of Emergency Management (MDO-OEM) Joined YouTube Nov 18, 2008.  All matters of Emergency Management for the City of Philadelphia go through Adam K. Thiel recently assigned and the most experienced.

The Office of Emergency Management Philadelphia is responsible for ensuring the readiness of the City of Philadelphia for emergencies.  The news and information emergency is not their strength.  By a careful evaluation of their news and information output,  USPHS reports the website of the City of Philadelphia is in a state of emergency

The Office of Emergency Management Philadelphia is responsible for ensuring the readiness of the City of Philadelphia through an integrated and collaborative program that educates the public on how to prepare for emergencies.

In addition to the services provided by OEM Philadelphia,  USPHS EMA adds its own collaboration.  National Security requires citizens in each be made aware of the news and information emergency.     News for the State of Pennsylvania is in a state of emergency,
