USPHS EMA: April 11, 2024: Welcome to United States Public Health Service Emergency Management.   We are in our 7th year of service. USPHS EMA is free a public health  emergency service which reports on the news and information emergency.  We also offer Providential information and a free history lesson courtesy of the Library of Congress. News and information are in a state of emergency.  More information is located just after our history  lesson.

Today in history

On April 11, 1900, the U.S. Navy acquired its first submarine, designed by John P. Holland an Irish American.  Early submarines were difficult and heavy things and were considered and developed more for their potential to explore the ocean than for war applications.

The underwater ship was made popular during the providence of the 1800s by Jule’s Vern’s book “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.” which was serialized from March 1869 through June 1870 in a weekly journal called the Magazine of Education and Recreation.   Its depiction of Captain Nemo’s underwater ship, the Nautilus, is regarded as ahead of its time was the most likely the inspiration for the continued development of the submarine, whose precursor appears in U.S. Navy information from the same time period and before.

We are living in days very similar to the time before an escalation in the judgment of God occurred 1939 the year Germany invaded Poland. Ethnic cleansing was taking place then like today only today we are not going to war.   The World Crown will not permit it.

The hardest part of my existence in the human condition is that like a detective or a police officer has to see beyond the lies and explanations of common criminals,  I have to do the same with historical conspiracies and conspiracies in general that work to coverup what is perhaps the most comforting information and that is the Judgment of God  and Holy Spirit our God is always actively at work.

Naturally one would reason how could God allow such a thing that was Nazi Germany or Wizardry to exist without giving us justice?

And so I have a working model of the Judgment of God in effect at this very moment.  In my model mass media is lying and government websites are lying and covering up God’s justice while ethnic cleansing is taking place albeit limited.

And so because the Judgment of God is a steady, stable, reliable event and remarkably predictable,  I transpose my model through written history even on what is written in the Bible.   Now I transpose it to Nazi Germany who was involved in the affairs of many nations before World War II and Naturally the Chancellor and his high level associates would be the first men who would [be] judged for the Ethnic cleansing that was taking place.

I have written on various occasions that though the stories of judgment and the Bible are true, they are insufficient to describe our existence together through time and space.  I have written they are  but poor summaries of the real events, children’s stories which we still cherish and with good reason.  I have written that the Pharaoh Ramses would be judged before his army lending understanding  to the term “Lord of Hosts,”  The Holy Spirit works to save good men and women who have dedicated their lives innocently in the defense of their nation, but by no means will take up their cause if they have been made ignorant or as corrupted as their leaders.

Here is the horrible part.  We have generations of humans in each nation conditioned to follow the lead [of] a declining corrupted political creeds.  Here is the good part.  The good part is that we have a God who talks to us directly and clearly and tells us what the problems are in clear direct words and gives us the justice we need, even while we argue amongst ourselves, even while we prepare for our next Olympic Games, even during spring baseball.

Propaganda, lies and conspiracies coverup God’s presence and God’s justice  in our world

It is in the interest of terrorists, especially communists, to make you think there is no God. For tyrants their is no greater God than the art of propaganda, altered histories, lies and conspiracies of lies which are used to take away people’s faith in God.

Ethnic cleansing started up again after World War I sometime after the Nazi party came into power. This is not written in history, but before Hitler, German leaders given to ethnic cleansing and the practices of white supremacy were Judged by God.   Then by default, Hitler ascended to power in 1933.  Hitler was Germany’s most charismatic leader.  He was also judged by God.  It stands to reason that Historical documents are in error about his existence.

Because [of] Masonic men, America also had its problems between wars.  The judgment of God was preached by Billy Sunday and many people during this time.  Billy Sunday preached judgment to Americans who had their own problems with Grand Masters and their racism.  In the 1930s, no one was more memorable than F.D.R. who continually prosecuted the “money changers” in his impassioned speeches.

Now the Judgment of God has been made an official public event through the World Crown which means serious changes need to be made.

My main concern is making sure Americans have good leadership. And as long as this issue of communication with me persists,  I have no choice but to be the voice that I don’t see American’s getting.  That same voice also helps Mexico and the World with matters of transparency about the Providence which is transforming our world uncaring of mass media, uncaring of the lies and conspiracies and which for more than 13 years have used computer generated presidents and leaders try to run each nation.

It is not that I want to make everyone’s life more difficult, but we are in a situation that requires patience and knowing, gentle, quiet, solemn, prayerful and confident leadership at the local and state level in every single state and in every single nation.   When that is achieved and the World Crown has perfect unrivaled controlled of mass media and news and information, we can in Democracy consider our first election of a first real President since 2011-2012, one who won’t get judged or who won’t drop out.

However even if we straighten up perfectly in each nation, the fraternal human condition is one which has not measured the Judgment of God or considered the consequences that their Fraternities have called down upon themselves; those which have participated in conspiracies and which do not, will not, or refuse to do what it takes to curry God’s favor;  The fraternal human condition is one which thus far has not, cannot,  or will not communicate with me even if to say hello or to say to me thank you but we are not interested.

And so as a gesture of grace on my part and compassion, I admonish the newest leaders in the status quo to repent and consider our central authority, the World Crown,  which  is not loyal to any fraternity,  to supervise democracy and be a voice to citizens caught between communism, socialism and democracy.

In addition, we used to be one people, indivisible, and voting used to be about matters of importance.  But by voting, sacrifices, assassinations and corruption,  Fraternal men got their party and bipartisan system which has kept corruption always looming over us.

If the democracies continue on a bipartisan platform and the voting population are more liberal than conservative nothing will [be] accomplished that needs to be accomplished that will help us to fix the human condition in each nation.  Also in the United States and in their equivalents “One Nation Under God”  needs to be maintained by persistent prayer and moral practices like we see in the Invocation of  Delaware County New York Board of Supervisors’ Meeting.

The worse possible case scenario is that what is left of the status quo at the very top,  a group of men and some women very given to lying,  and supporting sexual and cult conspiracies, will use the power that they have to turn the United States and all democracies into official dictatorships, as a last resort, to keep their corruption going.

The good news is that all we believe of God, that God is a good God, a moral God, a Knowing God and a Holy Spirit is true.  The good news is that communism has had its time and is being judged so it will end.  The good news is that corrupted worshipful Fraternal men are being judged worldwide, even Islamic and Jewish Fraternal men, even the Buddhist.

More good news is that God does not share power with corrupted people and is going to help you so you don’t have to either.  But with great power comes an enormous responsibility not to become moral monsters as well.

More good news is that inasmuch as corrupted people don’t think they are corrupt, continue in their corruption, they have a reckoning with the Holy Spirit in the Judgment of God.  And so moral Americans and world citizens who believe in God can rest assured that God has their best interests even inside the situation we today find ourselves in.

Around the world many keyboards are disabled in the letter “v”.  The letters  “s”  “x” “w” brackets, the @ sign and the number “2” are also conspired against.

If you are a good normal person and keyboard terrorism affects you, you can use dictation or change your keyboard and correct the problem.  If you don’t want to change out your keyboard  you can copy paste from almost anywhere or use your digital emergency keyboard, if it works.

Also if you work in a major business,  government or the military you may from time to time experience problems with your computers and your browsers.  This is because terrorists are at work daily trying destroy emergency services that work to protect good government, good business and good people.

Before him Donald Trump was and still is virtual.  The second term of Barrack Obama was virtual.  Barrack Obama is still presented using virtual reality technology and so are many people.  Our mission to communicate to the public has been defined by the absence of communication with us inside a situation where the public has been placed at risk by news and information.

As nice as they might seem, any news and information  associated with Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Joe Biden and Co. et al and their equivalents in other countries are capable of taking you by surprise. Be careful with all information associated with these men or their equivalents.

It is best not to take news and information to seriously while the general emergency is still in effect.

Ethnic cleansing is a matter of collaboration, a medical trend started by terrorists and corrupted medical authority.

In ethnic cleansing a person can die by anything but their death is classified however the killer wants, usually death is classified as the latest disease or a disease previously used for ethnic cleansing and there are a lot of them.

In ethnic cleansing,  a corrupted medical system might classify death by natural causes, as death by the latest medical disease in order to boost the statistics.  The higher the numbers the more terror.

In ethnic cleansing people have died getting treated, being experimented on, by accident, by vaccine, from bad medical advice, bad medical information etcetera.   In ethnic cleansing during peacetime, the challenge is to kill ethnics without anyone suspecting that it is going on. In ethnic cleansing the disease is often used as an “escape goat.”

This recently declared pandemic called the coronavirus was a hoax of the greatest proportions. Coronavirus & COVID 19 remains an ethnic cleansing muse that terrorists don’t want to let go of.

In ethnic cleansing, news and information play a critical role and it is used to drive you into ethnic cleansing operations.  And so while ethnic cleansing remains in effect, it is important not to restrict your breathing, keep sober and healthy and away from all medical propaganda.

Virtual Realty and Facial Recognition.

News and information are in a state of emergency.  In this emergency people create virtual people such as the president and use  virtual reality for many different purposes.

Facial recognition technology can also be used to copy you.  If your facial recognition falls into the wrong hands it can be used to imitate you and compromise your security.  Your face could end up on videos without you knowing.  This old military intelligence technology was introduced with poor transparency and inside the same situation which is still occurring today.   Facial recognition technology works on photographs, stuffed animals, Lladrós, sculptures, graphics and paintings. Using virtual reality software  terrorists can place coronavirus masks on anyone’s face and make entire presentations of people exercising and wearing coronavirus masks.

Whats going on?

 There are still problems with technology and the internet.    High speed computers continue to be used to create virtual leaders to drive business, politics and general corruption.

Ordinary people, organized crime, terrorists and paramilitaries now use the same virtual reality technology as governments, intelligence agencies and the military.  The World Crown promises full and complete justice.

The Judgment of God works quietly in our lives and as a result regular people don’t perceive the Judgment of God on their own. The Judgment of God  is not terrifying to the regular public who can still enjoy a sporting event or even go fishing while it is in progress. Jose Maria Chavira M.S

If a government website alludes to Joe Biden being president or anyone in government alludes tells you Joe Biden is in charge,  they are misinformed.    But those knowingly conspiring against the citizens of our Nation will be brought to justice in due time by the U.S. District Attorney.  If the U.S. District Attorney is compromised or refuses or reluctant to exact correct justice, or his / her justice is weak and does not satisfy the Holy Spirit, the World Crown’s justice you can depend on.
